Bid'aa in Islam, Doubts & Explanations

We have to understand that not every text from Imam(s) is a Daleel by itself. Moreover, some times, a text is taken out of context, or used in its Linguistic capacity while it should be used in its Shariat Capacity, or visa versa. Such use constitutes what is called “Shubhat Daleel”, i.e. “simulated Daleel”. This is the trick that those who use such text use.

A Woman Imam(ah)?! - المرأة الإمامــة؟!

A reply to a letter submitted to a local mosque in Toronto that uses a twisted interpretation of Shari'ah evidence to falsify their claim, and their using Ibn Hajar and Ibn Al-A'atheer as reference. By using them as reference they create illusion that Ibn Hajar share same opinion. This is called Tadlees, where a person makes a ref to some one just to create a delusion. We have stated what Ibn Hajar, and all other scholars said about said Abu Bakrah (RA). However, how come such stray people do not follow Ibn Hajar, and Al-Bukhari in other Hadith that talks about Hijab and Khimar and other duties of women in Islam!

Celebrating Birthday of Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him)

The Month of Rabi al-Awwal has started. With this month, brings the yearly bid’aa of celebrating the Prophet’s (pbuh) birthday. For many years, this bid’aa has continued to the extent that this year, an entire city-wide rally (party) has been planned to commemorate the birth of the Prophet pbuh on 12th Rabi al-Awwal (an assumed date of his birth).
